41 Foot Hatteras Boat Based in Honolulu. All prices are per person and include rods, reels, tackle and bait. (Shared Charters require 4 passengers to operate)
Play n Hooky is a 41 foot Hatteras and has a complete array of the finest fishing electronics. She is outfitted with all the comforts of a first class sporting yacht: stereo, CD, television, galley, master stateroom, forward V berth, full size restroom, and plush, comfortable seating.
The boat is air-conditioned and equipped with top of the line fishing gear and electronics. Dry dock maintenance is performed annually to keep the fleet in prime condition.
Captain Joe and his crew welcome you to spend the day aboard the luxurious 41' Hatteras Play n Hooky. Fully equipped and ready for deep sea sportfishing, the only thing missing is you! Come and experience the breath-taking beauty of the sunrise over the Hawaiian waters, spend the day battling Marlin, Tuna, Wahoo and Mahi-Mahi or maybe even run into some Humpback whales off the coast of Waikiki.
If you are looking to do some serious sportfishing here on the beautiful Hawaiian Island of Oahu, you have come to the right place. Allow Captain Joe and his years of knowledge and expertise in big game tournament fishing to help you feel the rush and exhilaration of reeling in that monster catch. The crew will help you and your mates have a great time and have the opportunity to get in on the best saltwater fishing around Hawaii.
Fish Policy
On a private charter the crew of the Play n Hooky will gladly split the days catch with you up to 50 pounds of whole fish.
On a share charter everyone will be offered an eating portion (approximately 2 to 4 pounds) depending on the days catch.
All fish weighing over 80 pounds will not be cut and kept by the boat.
If you wish to tag and release any fish that are caught please discuss that with the captain before you book.

This boat offers private charters. You will be the only group on the boat and can ask the Captain to take you to certain locations. On a private charter if you want to bring the boat in early, you can do this. There are many advantages to booking the boat to yourselves.
